Laser cutting and welding generate ultra-fine metallic dust particles—microscopic yet harmful to your equipment and operators. These particles (< 0.38 µm) infiltrate every surface, clog electronics, and pollute the workspace.
The SINTRAX Dry Dust Collectors integrate a cutting-edge filtration system designed to eliminate these microparticles directly at the source. With high-efficiency TORAY filter cartridges (99.999% retention), robust construction, and simplified maintenance, the system ensures clean air, protected machinery, and a work environment that meets the highest safety standards.
In addition to our dry dust collectors, we offer a Wet Dust Extractor, a safe and efficient solution for capturing fine and combustible particles through water filtration. This technology delivers high efficiency, reduces the risk of fire or explosion, limits static electricity, and operates quietly thanks to water acting as both a filter and noise dampener. Dust trapped in the water is easy to remove, without frequent replacement of costly filters.
