Cut
SINTRAX fiber laser cutters cover sheet and tube, from compact to large format. Five models available, with IPG or MAX Photonics sources, Yaskawa Sigma 7 servos and HIWIN DXT rails. Deburr
The SINTRAX deburring machine processes parts directly out of the laser cutter in a single pass. Simultaneous removal of sharp edges, edge rounding and surface finishing. PLC-controlled with recipe memory by material. Inline integration is possible without modifying your production flow. More info on automated deburring machine
Weld
The SINTRAX solution automates laser welding with a Fanuc CRX cobot and an IPG LightWELD source. Synchronization between arm speed, laser power and wire feed speed is native: no manual adjustment between the three parameters. Designed for shops that want to increase their welding capacity without reorganizing their operation. More info on automated laser welding
Secure
SINTRAX fume extractors and air compressors are sized for each machine in the line. The extractor eliminates particles and fumes generated by laser cutting. The compressor delivers clean, dry air that protects parts from oxidation, improves cut quality and reduces gas consumption. Installed and supported by the same technicians as your SINTRAX machines.

Spark & Co has been installing and providing technical support for laser machines in Canadian workshops for over 25 years. Over time, a pattern emerged.
