DESCRIPTION
Compact and versatile, the small waterjet cutting machine OMAX® 2626 JetMachining Center has the smallest footprint of our cantilever-style waterjet machines. Featuring a footprint of just 9’ 8” x 6’ 0” (2,946 mm x 1,829 mm), the OMAX 2626 is a fit for even the most “space-challenged” shops.
Boasting a cutting tolerance of ±0.001″ (±0.025 mm), maximum speed of 180 inches/minute (4,572 mm/min) and a completely sealed and protected ball-screw drive system, this robust and reliable workhorse is perfect for shops cutting projects with smaller dimensions but needing high precision.
Thanks to EnduroMAX® direct drive pump technology, this unbeatable waterjet machine delivers the highest nozzle horsepower in the industry for faster cutting with operating efficiencies of up to 85% available in 30 hp, 40 hp, 50 hp or 100 hp.OMAX waterjets boast the lowest electrical consumption in the industry and use substantially less cooling water than inefficient hydraulic intensifier pumps. What’s more, the highly robust and reliable EnduroMAX pump design is capable of over 1,000 hours between maintenance, meaning less downtime and more uptime.

Standard features include a high-quality, integrated OMAX MAXJET® 5i Nozzle for more accurate and consistent jet alignment, which ultimately prolongs mixing tube life and delivers better quality cuts over the nozzle assembly life. Work clean, safe and quiet with the Rapid Water Level Control for submerged cutting below 80 dBA.
