Featuring a 10’ x 5’ (3,050 mm x 1,530 mm) cutting bed, a powerful direct drive pump and multiple accessories, the Globalmax 1530 waterjet cuts virtually any material, from aluminum, titanium, stone, carbon fiber to G10 composite and beyond. Thick or thin, this small but mighty abrasive waterjet machine slices through it all without any heat-affected zone on cut parts.
An ultra-high efficiency pump equipped with proven OMAX direct drive technology converts over 85% of electrical power to pure cutting power, making this waterjet a sure bet for shops that need to cut various materials and thicknesses with precision.The Globalmax 1530 waterjet utilizes innovations and proven technologies to deliver dynamic performance while operating as efficiently as possible. For example, the innovative Omega Drive System attracts and retains garnet, offering a smoother transition from rotary motion to linear motion as compared to traditional rack and pinion drive systems.
Lubricant and maintenance free, it features closed loop, brushless servo motors and anodized drive system components for longer life. What’s more, the Omega Drive tooth engagement minimizes backlash and improves reliability.
