You will accomplish the following elements, among others:

Planning technician travel.

Scheduling coordination

Supporting the technician team

Processing customer purchase orders in SAP Business One software

Placing customer orders based on their priority

Finding alternative solutions in case of difficulties fulfilling orders

Preparing service call quotations
