Sales Representative (Commercial Engineer)

As a Commercial Engineer at Spark & Co, you will be on the front lines of our sales efforts, driving growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in our sales operations, working with cutting-edge technologies and contributing to shaping the future of our company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Take charge of the complete sales process for key product lines, including OMAX, IPG, waterjet consumables, garnet, and laser cutting machines.
  • Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to accurately enter and manage tasks, notes, and interactions with clients. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all sales-related activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to prepare for and participate in trade shows and exhibitions."
  • Interact with prospects, present our products, and gather valuable market information.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, staying updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to product development strategies.
