Become a Field Service Technician

Work with a dynamic team and perform essential tasks to support our growth and commitment to customer satisfaction.

You will accomplish the following elements, among others:

Refurbish used waterjet machines to restore them to optimal condition.

Participate in planning and coordination meetings with other team members.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

Provide ongoing training to customers, including new employee onboarding.

Assist the sales department in interactions with customers.

Occasionally provide customer service assistance with technical support for clients.

Travel back and forth from Spark & Co. to the client's site to install new waterjet machines, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance.

Represent Spark & Co. professionally at all times.
