Become a Field Service Technician

Work with a dynamic team and perform essential tasks to support our growth and commitment to customer satisfaction.

You will accomplish the following elements, among others:
  • Refurbish used waterjet machines to restore them to optimal condition.
  • Participate in planning and coordination meetings with other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide ongoing training to customers, including new employee onboarding.
  • Assist the sales department in interactions with customers.
  • Occasionally provide customer service assistance with technical support for clients.
  • Travel back and forth from Spark & Co. to the client's site to install new waterjet machines, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance.
  • Represent Spark & Co. professionally at all times.
